It contains the 1.30 engine, otherwise it would crash on New Game.
And that is why it's "Addon", "Standalone" doesn't allow you to change the Gothic2.exe.

And why not make it one upload with standalone type and language switcher instead of 4 separate addons?

Just copying the original files is not enough. Scripts from 1.30 are not fully compatible with 2.6 engine, so there will be bugs and problems. Keep that in mind.
