Random Character Selection Button

Lets you choose a random character on character selection screen using a button
(also has a funny button style option using mod options)

V1.0.1: Now should work better with custom character loader if installed
V1.0.2: Fixed it not showing up in multiplayer, incedentally this makes the button positioning better by copying the position of the go button rather than just being a child of it
V1.0.3: Now no longer requires mod options to function, only needed for the funny drawing version
v1.0.4: Should no longer try to select characters that are disabled (preventing you from picking characters that your opponent does not share)
