Prevented the button from selecting disabled characters (prevents picking characters that an opponent does not share)

V1.0.2: Fixed it not showing up in multiplayer, incedentally this makes the button positioning better by copying the position of the go button rather than just being a child of it

Moved the button and set it to be a child of the go button, this should make it work better with the custom character loader if there is a bunch of characters
