Bitten Trait

Description
Adds a negative trait: Bitten, for +10 points
  • Player starts with a bite on their left forearm, covered by a dirty bandage

- Compatible with my mod: Immunity, if you want to roleplay as Ellie from The Last of Us, take both traits for a net total of -6 points.
- Has sandbox option for bite time

Works with They Knew.
Not tested with other cure mods.

As Haxer was saying, I feel like this would work amazingly with the "true cure"/"amputation" mod. Gives you points but for a good in-game week or more you'll be slower and weaker in all forms of combat and interactions, but if you can make yourself a prosthetic arm you can slowly regain your strength and speed and after an in-game month you'll be back to normal.

Does it work with that mod? I have had many people ask about it before but I have assumed they are incompatible. So far no one has confirmed it though

im using this with the last resort mod so I can rush to find a saw and lob my arm off, a good start right there

@Infected Ronin no. i wasn't able to find a way to make you have a permanent bite that wasn't constantly bleeding (without creating massive incompatibilities). the bite heals within about a month, but you can change the number so it is longer or shorter.

My other mod, immunity, lets you choose both this trait and the immune trait, and you can be like a protagonist character, such as Ellie from The Last of Us

It is just for fun, but also for a challenge.

Some mods extend the duration of your infection or cure you. Or you can use this mod for a very short game

Sorry, I am not changing the cost. I have no plans of updating the mod and I don't have any intention to let this trait be beneficial in terms of points.

There is a mod called "you are infected" that gives trait points balanced for a different style of play: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2859281365

Also, I am not sure if the only cure is even compatible with my mod either way. However, if you already tested it and it works please let me know!
