Weapon Smith Rebalancing for UWE

Description
This mod is a rebalance of Universal Wasteland Expanded [UWE] by TreadLightly77, it won't do much unless you also use UWE. This mod needs to be loaded after UWE in your mod load order.

This mod reduces the consumption multiplier of the weapon smithing forges 4 and 5 to be that of the weapon smith 3 from the base game. It also increases the production speed of both forges somewhat. Oh, and I reduced the amount of Fabrics consumed to a tenth of the original value, this change was inspired by The Reduced Fabric use for Weapon Smithing mod by Dumac



[Begin: Boring nerd stuff]

As a long time player, Universal Wasteland Expanded by TreadLightly77 is by far my favourite mod for Kenshi.

However I found that, by accident or intent, the amount of time and resources it took to create a single sword of any quality from the Weapon Smith 5 building was, well, incredible. For a level 90+ weaponsmith it takes approximately 300 hours and 50+ steel bars to make a single sword, which seems wrong, but, more importantly, I found to be incredibly tedious, so I changed it.

As far as I can tell this has happened because TreadLightly77 extrapolated the material and time costs of the base game weapon smiths and continued them linearly. In less implied terms, the weapon smith 1 and 2 have a consumption value of "100" for their respective materials. And the weapon smith 3 has a consumption value of "150".
Any reasonable person would assume that the value is in percent, so the weapon smith 3 would take 50% more materials than the weapon smiths 1 and 2. However, for reasons only those privy to the source code know, that is not the case.
A weapon forged on a weapon smith 2 will take about 10 hours, and the listed quantity of materials (generally 6-8). A weapon forged on the Weapon Smith 3 will instead take roughly 20 hours and at least twice as many materials. Though part of the increased production time lies with the 'production mult' stat being reduced on the weapon smith 3, it does not fully account for or explain the >50% increase in materials.

Oh, right, the point.
So, the Weapon Smith 4 and 5 buildings in the base UWE have consume rates of 300 and 600 respectively, which means they take tens if not hundreds of pieces of steel, and absolute weeks of continuous ingame work to make a single weapon.

Is this still necessary? doesnt seem to take hundreds of steel at level 4

Haha yes adding Coal to the game is a damned mystery, it mostly just adds yet another lump of heavy machinery to my bases. Though if it had been in the game all along I don't think any of us would have questioned it.

I feel you, mate.
I think UWE is the best big expansion for the game without changing the game much.
I hate somethings like carbon (why the hell this exists, anyway?), and Weapon smith lv4 and lv5 takes a LOT of time.
