Contains proper fixed hitboxes for Trouble in Terrorist Town usage.

I saw another version on the workshop that I felt was rather inadequate as it only changed the head hitbox to be proper, ignoring the other important hitboxes (such as the legs), so this version fixes it.

This version also works properly in sandbox mode as the fixed version's lua file didn't have the model path set properly.

If the original author wants to take this down, please let me know.
