Seralin SFO Patch

Description
This is the SFO patch for my custom High Elf hero mod. Stats are adjusted to be more in line with SFO. As always, you need both SFO and the vanilla mod.

If you think something is too weak or too strong, please let me know and I will gladly fix it.
