Description
Updated version of Lifestyle Completion Reward

Changes:
* All traits add 8 to the related skill, instead of the random amount
* Proper localization files
* Shadow gives larger income bonus from terrified vassals
* Traits are hidden in ruler designer
* Removed 40 year old requirement

would you be so kind and make an update for "Roads to Power" please? Or is there any other mod that does the same yours do? special we have not immortality is in the game....and after a while a -100% Learning XP would make really sence.

Does this prevent me from scrolling to diplomacy? I can't seem to do that and not sure if this mod is the cause
