would you be so kind and make an update for "Roads to Power" please? Or is there any other mod that does the same yours do? special we have not immortality is in the game....and after a while a -100% Learning XP would make really sence.

Does this prevent me from scrolling to diplomacy? I can't seem to do that and not sure if this mod is the cause

Rip to the old mod then. It was good, maybe we might see it again one day. It really made Role playing and filling out the perk tree so much fun.

looks like it was removed, but thank you for this mod! It adds quite frankly a must have addition to life trees :D

Does it still disable XP gain? Also what happened with the old mod, I can't access it anymore.
