All cities increases Civic and Tech cost by 5% like it was in Civilization V

Showing progress in Civic and Tech tree is based on Tech Civic Progress Plus

Also removes boost popup

Great mod, but the lag when using the builder and opening tech tree is really driving me crazy

Hey. Playing with the boys and we're experiencing a problem where Civic and research is randomly rolled back on new turn, usually starting after we load up a game.
Example, I was 4 turns away from completing Medieval Faires, next turn I'm 20 turns away. Then I can progress to 4 turns away only to get "rolled back" to 20 turns again.

We're using your mod (which we love) and the Civic and Tech catch up mod.

Any idea what could cause the issue? I hardly even want to play civ without your mod any more - Hope you can help us

@Spartak Ui of this mod is taken from Tech Civic Progress Plus, i not really good at UI so dont know

This messes with toptool UI? i think it's giving me lag when opening screens like Tech Tree and when building improvements.
