The mod is save-game compatible,

Else you will never see your confederation options again in this save and you will need to start a new campaign to use it.

Now it only works for player, AI still have the 4 turn cooling as before. Also the notification of confederation penalties on the left will only last for one turn. End the turn and it will be gone in the next one.

现在只对玩家有效，AI仍然有四个回合的冷却时间，同时左侧合邦惩罚提示只会存在一个回合，跳过回合后就会消失。
