NPC Renamer

Description
Adds the ability to rename town NPCs.

Press F3 to open the renaming window.
The keybinding can be configured via the keybindings controls settings.

NPCs will receive a new random name on death.

This is just not working for me. Either that, or I don't know how to confirm changes. When I select an NPC, it won't let me select any others, and the name does not change on the NPCs. How do I fix this?

@clinically_insane_ You or another Mod you've installed might use that Keybind already.
You can set the Keybind to another key in Settings>Controls>Keybindings.
You'll find the entry at the bottom of the list with the name "Toggle NPC Renamer". :)
