Description
⚠️MAP UPDATED FOR BUILD 42 UNSTABLE!⚠️
This map has been updated for build 42. There might be bugs and issues with the map in this version. This update does not affect the build 41 version, it should still work the same as before.

This mod adds a large marina in the northwest part of Louisville. The marina has a convenience store, gas pumps, gated docks, boat slips and floating cabins.

If you want to have boats in your marina you can install the mod Aquatsar Yacht Club. This mod is optional, the map is playable without boats.

This map is based on the real life locations RiverPark Place Marina[maps.app.goo.gl] and Green River Marina[maps.app.goo.gl]

Spawn locations
This map has one spawn point inside the convenience store.

Map location
The marina is located in the northwest part of Louisville. This mod will conflict with other map mods that use the same cells. Link to online map[map.projectzomboid.com]

You are allowed to use this mod in private and unlisted modpacks.

@Monkey Magic The Taylorsville map mod had a custom lootable in-game map. After the 42.10 update this map stopped working and was causing issues. I have disabled it temporarily so the Taylorsville map should work now. I also fixed the spawn issue for Louisville Quarantine Zone. The spawn for Fort Boonesborough was working when I tested it.

Hey, so I poked around at this some more, and came up with the following:

Taylorsville appears to be the main mod at fault. This map caused the error I was seeing before even by itself (with the tile mod enabled of course) so this will likely require the most work.

Fort Boonsbourogh and Louisville Quarentine Zone work fine so long as one does not attempt to spawn there . Trying to start a game using these spawn points will make the game crash, but I have not seen any issue if the player spawns anywhere else.

The remaining maps - Louisville River Marina, Erika's Furniture Store, Louisville Riverboat , and Rosewood Fire Dept in West Point appear to be working fine without any issues.

I also ran my mod-list again with all these enabled (barring Taylorsville) and there was no additional issues. Naturally spawns still do not work for Fort Boon and LVQZ though.

@Monkey Magic No, this map does not require any custom tiles. There is an issue right now with custom maps after the 42.10 update. Will look at it as soon as I have time.

Okay, tested this again with no mods other than your maps, and the error persists. So iunno if it's one specifically causing the issue, or a combination of them but yeah. Mods in question:

Fort Boon.
Furn. Store
Erika's Tiles
LV River Marina
LV Riverboat
RS FD in WP
Taylorsville

Does this require Erika's Tiles now? I came across a world map error in B42.10 and since these are map mod I figured checking these would be the first stop. However, trying to load this map by itself crashes the game.

It worked with the above mentioned mod also loaded though, but there's no mention that it is needed either here, or in game.

EDIT

I checked through the console file, and there was a ton of errors referring to the cell 47,4 which this mod changes. An example below:

ERROR: General f:0, t:1751369545593> IsoMetaGrid.load > invalid room metaID #4310171792 in cell 47,4 while reading map_meta.bin.

Not sure where the fault lies though. The issue did not recur when testing just the map (and tiles) mod. Pastebin of Error for reference: https://pastebin.com/Zd3M9NQB

@toss boy. umm you realize traditionally males where kilts right? so ugh, watch what *skirts* you try to look under. and yes, boats have hulls. and some even have most of the actual usable space under the water line. depends on weight of the boat, the type and the build. did you know, they even have boats that people live in under water, they are called submarines. the more you know, right?
@erika. congrats on the river boat update. looking forward to playing it. two base set up, marina, just a boat or two, and the river boat in Louisville. so i jack all the art from the two museums. well, most of it at least. the decent and movable ones. for a two story floating houseboat, a basement area (smaller) could produce the offset of balance of it wanting to tip from weight. the way i would justify it to myself.
