Vanilla Factions Expanded Expanded - Pirates - Empire Relations Patch

Description
Patches the new player faction in VFE Pirates (New Cove) to not have permanently hostile relations with the empire. Safe to add/remove to a save.

By default, the empire has hostile relations with all factions except for ones that are specifically set to not have hostile relations. VFE Pirates' New Cove faction is not set to not have hostile relations. This mod fixes that issue, so you can be allies with the empire.

This mod does not actually edit empire relations; it just makes it possible to improve them. You will have to improve relations yourself.

This mod should not have any impact on your runtime performance as it only applies at startup. Startup performance is negligible as it is one (1) patch operation.
