This is a relatively simple Rennaissance building based on the "Altstadthotel Arch" in Regensburg, Germany. You need Ploppable RICO Revisited in order to make this asset function as a high density commercial building. You can change its colour with Repaint.

If you use Ploppable RICO in conjunction with Realistic Population 2, make sure to disable the "Use Realistic Pop mod"-option in this building's RICO settings. Otherwise, it will have a ludicrous amount of workplaces.
