I known it thanks to the dialogue in Talkative Kenshi that changes in dependence of character personality.
It kinda makes me wonder why they would have a character assigned a dumb personality when there's a chance they'll instead be smart with the dialogue that comes with it. Maybe it's just to keep things random.
To put that number in perspective, the Population Reference Bureau estimates that a total of 114 billion people have lived on Earth throughout history, meaning that you could create a unique personality identifier for roughly 75% of all the human beings who have ever existed in Kenshi.
