Description
Maximilian Archambault's custom faction, the Marduk Clan Collective.

The Marduk Clan Collective are a people long isolated from the cluster, learning they were not alone in the universe after unearthing the wrecks of ancient space craft on their home world. Once the hyperspace pathway to the Cluster opened again, they put aside their long standing rivalries and differences and reached for the stars as a people united, using vessels designed after the wrecks they found and reverse engineered. They are a newcomer to the ways of the Cluster, but they certainly won't stand for the ANS or OSP's ongoing conflict denying them the wealth of knowledge and community to be found in these new worlds to explore.

Following that brutal and shameful slaughter, the Collective isolated itself behind the single hyperspace lane and a warship of titanic size to ensure security from both directions, unaware that a forgotten sin of their past was cutting a path to enact self-justified violence.

IMPORTANT:

As of 06/06/23, Marduk requires the HEKP projectile mod to be installed. It is to enable the Melammu Railgun System to function as intended. Apologies for not making this clear initially, I was under the impression that mods marked as a dependency would automatically install.

As of 21/07/23, Marduk requires the Expanded Mount Display mod to be installed. It is to prevent the ship's UI from being pushed off the screen when using ships with more than 20 mounting points.

As of 06/06/24, Marduk requires AGMLIB to be installed. It provides the socket filtering functionality that allows for pre-installed, integrated components.

@HeatedPine999 Marduk will have it's own selection of 7-8 strike craft and custom direct fire weapons, but will use vanilla missiles just like the main fleet hulls do. It's going to be some time before they're added however as I have a lot of commissioned work lined up at the moment.

@Davidfiresword02 Fly Forward has been there for a while, not sure why it came up as missing?

Actually, it might be this "Fly Forward" mod, which is weird since it didn't show up as red, indicating not enabled.

A big heads up, I think a mod for this is missing now, and now it won't work. One of the dependency mods now has "3238472240 (MISSING), while not being red. I think one of the mods is now broken and makes this unable to be enabled. AGMLIB and KineticPenetratorShell work still

@Grill_Gamer I've not got any plans to add further weapon systems to Marduk at this time, but i won't say never at this point.

any chance on a C5 non hv 200mm gun? as much as I love fast rounds theres something to be said for an 8 barreled (or more?) gun
