Description
Titan Assembly Yards and Colossal Assembly Yards take up starbase building slots and have very high energy costs to maintain, but they don't have a constant benefit to justify keeping them around. That's... kind of weird, right?

This just adds 16 naval capacity to titan yards and 32 naval capacity to colossal yards so that they have a constant benefit. These numbers were chosen specifically because they support one titan or juggernaut, respectively.

This mod doesn't add Shipyard Capacity to the buildings it modifies, it makes them give Naval Capacity.

I'd be willing to make a fork of this mod that makes the change stated below if the mod author isn't interested in making the change, with his approval of course.

A thought, since 16 and 32 are both stronger than the building that gives all anchorages +2, why not make the "Assembly Yards" give +Shipyard capacity and/or 10/20% ship build speed? You are after all using them to build ships. Then a full-sized shipyard with both can not only make the biggest ships, but 8 at a time instead of 6.
