Autoresolve Equalizer for AI factions

This mod does 2 things:

1 - Removes the bonus to auto-resolve that the major/playable factions have against the minor ones, giving them a better chance to survive and fight back when they can.

2 - Removes the "Shroud" bonus that happens when things happen in areas currently unexplored by the player. Note that this is for first time exploration. This bonus doesn't apply for areas you have been to, but lost sight of. (Any advantages given to a faction in auto-resolve gets doubled when they occur in regions unexplored by the player)

Minor factions now have a chance to grow if things go right for them, whereas before they were only fodder for the big boys in the campaign to consume and grow. Big factions still retain their higher economic cheats that faction potential gives them, minus the auto-resolve handicap in their favor, which hopefully will make things more interesting in the campaign.
You can now ally with a minor faction and expect them to actually do well and expand when you figure they should be able to, even if going against Major factions.

Be warned that this may cause major factions to struggle to expand as fast as they used to, or at all, since the AI is very dumb and could never match the player strategical decisions in the campaign.
