Channeling Magic - SFO

A simple mod that gives an ability to all casters which will allow them to channel magic into another caster, giving them greater stats for the duration at the cost of the channelling mage's movement, ability to cast or even defend themselves in combat.

This is now a skill node, so casters dont automatically get it. There also three levels of power.
