Reduced Infantry CP

Description
This mod reduces most infantry CP to the value of 1. This means higher tiered infantry has the same value as tier 1 infantry. Snipers, officers and medics still have vanilla cost. This might increase the number of infantry you face in conquest

@Scythe: a friend wanted an updated version of this so i made one to work with v1.49; however, besides the version update, i didn't change anything (its just a quick fix, only works for any units pre-1.49). Do I have permission to post it for the public or should i keep it private? I have your mod linked in the description.

If you want, i can take it down when you have a proper update. Your call.
