Description

Introducing the KJ-2000 NORSE

The Norse is a Fighter Bomber. Inspired by the Draken and Mirage fighters the Norse is built to be stable and easy to fly
Comes equipped with 8 Guided bombs and 4 AA missiles these can be swapped out with anything from the EHCS range

Pilots Manual

-- Startup --

- battery 1 or 2
- Avionics
- Ignition
- close canopy (hotkey1)
- brakes (hotkey3)
- slowly increase throttle until you begin to taxi
- flaps if desired
- recommended 0.3 throttle for takeoff (its possible to take off faster but you risk landing gear failure. Especially at lower physics settings)

begin approach
activate the stabalizer if desired (hotkey5)
reduce speed gradually
apply the air brakes to slow down (hotkey2)
you can apply the brakes before or after touchdown

Weapons

EHCS Weapon Manager
Top right button is for the weapon selection screen. Selected weapon will highlight
the next button below will take you to the hardpoint manager screen. Here you can cycle through each hardpoint using the arrow buttons
HEVS HUD
Currently selected weapons with EHCS data will show targetting information on the HUD, red indicates a current lock, while yellow is likely target that is within range of the weapon. When a weapon is locked, a tone can be heard. if an enemy has locked you with their radar, a warning tone will play, and a warning will flash on the HUD.
AIM-12
A 20km ranged large-scale PN air-to-air missile. Capable of hitting highly manoeuvrable targets.
BGM-16
A 100km+ range compact 1x1 | GPS cruise missile with terminal radar guidance designed for long range air-to-ground or ground-ground attacks. Can be configured for different launch positions or cruise parameters. When selecting make sure to include the booster at the front and back of the missile as well as the invisible microcontrollers on the top and bottom.
AIM-14
A 5km short range PN air-to-air missile. Smaller version of the AIM-12 with a radar range of 800m, so lead your targets. Make sure to select booster at front of missile.
Countermeasures
Autochaff can be enabled through a button near the pilots feet, or manual chaff can be used by pressing 4.

Oh the 12d's were never released. I thought they were you can use them I guess. Unless klara says no

Karnivool can people use the NQ AIM-12D missiles on the jet? i want to use them on my fighter jet F-12 Eagle
