How to use:
c_fakechat("hamurlik", "This is a faked message.")
c_fakechat(c_select(), "This message will be sent by whoever is under your cursor.")
c_fakechat("hamurlik", "This message is whispered to players nearby.", true)
c_fakechat("hamurlik", "This message is a /me emote.", false, true)

How it works:
c_fakechat(target, message, whisper, emote)
target can be either an userid, a player instance, or a username. (enclosed in quotes)
message can only be a string. (also enclosed in quotes)
whisper and emote can only be either true or false, and can be left out.
