my gmod port addon

Description
I know there is other water mod out there but this one from sfm look interesting so i decided to port it to gmod
This add on include:
- 4 skin
- 11 ocean model
- can colored by using color tool
This model was originally created by anomi on sfm
Also i highly recommend to use effect resizer to make it bigger
