描述
Had this idea for a while. Wanted to make game just a little bit cinematic.

Mod must be installed on both client and server

This mod is also serving another purpose: to more or less syncronize ragdoll in MP environment just a little bit when death animations enabled. Because after dying units are playing an animation and only afterwards ragdoll, it allow arma to not syncronize full path of a ragdoll but only the end of it making an interpolation much smoother. It is not perfect, but still.

Mod works with both ACE, PIR, Armour Plate system. Mod do not modify any damage, only adds animations and work with vanilla params. So it will be compatible with every other mod.

So what does this mod contain in its current state?
  • 60 death animations that varies on different conditions (Headshot, neckshots, grenade, crouch, high caliber)
  • 20 hit animations
  • Options to disable certain mechanics

What will be added in a nearest future?
  • Pistol hit animations
  • Prone death animations
  • QOL updates

You can disable death and hit reactions on units via this command:
this setVariable ["WBK_DAH_DisableAnim_Death",1]; - for death animations
this setVariable ["WBK_DAH_DisableAnim_Hit",1]; - for hit reactions

@manquants05 It worked vanilla. It was just some initial hastiness on my end. My current Ultimate games run this + Isky's ragdoll and there's no issue.

@WebKnight Yeah, I think I worked out the issue on my end. It seems what would happen is I would shoot a unit, he would play a death animation, and then after a little while he would go back into incap state like he was meant to. I think there was just some delay between the animation playing and then the unit transitting into what Antistasi wanted him to transit into. All is well.

I was actually wonder, how is it possible to run it with Antistasi? I tried using it with Antistasi ultimate and it seems like it would break the casualty system with the injured but still living enemy troops still on the ground.

Unsure if you had run into that or if it's some Ultimate specific issue or if I'm missing something?

@Webknight Got it sorted ;) -- Theres literally no "exile" places that run the mod heh, so it took some tweaking -- would you have any problem with packing it into our server modpack w/ full credit? Basically we have a hybrid of exile/antistasi that kinda leads to a lot of RNG/world events/roaming/convoys etc

Runnin an exile/hybrid place -- but has anyone else gotten more stuttering since the big arma patch? I was (i think) one of the only ones using for that specific mod, but it also seems to stutter a bit an antistasi -- just seeing if anyone else has had anything different

Love the mod, but I think it's causing some performance issues (and we didn't change ai counts or levels for years)
