NOTE: LOAD AFTER MY OTHER MODS

This mod contains the tweaks that I haven't found fit to / have yet to upload into separate mods. No changes are final, but beware that I may remove things from this mod for various reasons (mostly due to redundancy), such as:

* The things I've removed have been added to other mods of mine
* Another mod on the workshop does the same thing and better
* Technical reasons/issues

Tweaks:

* Tribal cultures can reach the early medieval era Has been uploaded separately

* Cooldown for playdates changed to 2 years instead of 3 years

* AI now have a 50% discount for faith creation

* Base de jure drift nerfed by 50%, in turn councillor based drift has been buffed

* Non-rightful liege opinion malus changed to -10 from the original -5

* You can now hold 4 duchies as a king/emperor before getting penalties
* Too many duchies opinion malus penalty changed to -25 from the original -15
* Liege holds my duchy opinion malus changed to -10 from the original -25 (Made no sense to me that the value was the same as the claimant opinion malus)

* You can now hold one extra domain for every 5 stewardship points instead of every 6 points

* You can now have two personal schemes at once (limited to counts and above, so courtiers only have one)

* Regency swing values changed to make it easier to coup

* Wounded traits are less deadly

* Holy men/women with the fornicating trait will lose their monk/nun trait or order member trait after some time.
