Adds 11 new items (and associated collectibles, you'll see what I mean :D)

Vanilla Milkshake (Tears way up, shot speed way down)
- Tears / 5.5
- Shot Speed * 0.5 (persistent)
- Also, Damage * 0.75
- Shot speed down is ignored with Rock Bottom

Garlic (DMG up + you smell)
- +1 Damage
- Adds a tear effect which makes enemies smell upon contact
- Smelly enemies radiate a fear aura that scares nearby enemies

Frosted Sugar Bombs (Sugar rush!)
- +5 Damage
- Tears / 1.5
- +2.0 Speed
- Permanently applies the speed up effect of Broken Watch. This can be counteracted if the player obtains the Stop Watch.

Electrolytes! (First ade)
- Adds a chance for your current active item to activate after hitting an enemy with a tear
- Chance scales with Luck
- Each activation uses 1 charge, and cannot affect single-use items or timer-based active items
- Synergizes with Car Battery and Expansion Pack

Mac and Cheese (Yummy!)
- HP up
- +3 Range
- +0.2 Shot Speed
- -0.05 Speed

Second Breakfast (HP up, again!)
- HP up
- +1 Damage
- +0.3 Speed
- Can only appear after Breakfast has been taken during the run

Maggy's Blessing (Your future feels healthier)
- HP up
- Grants an HP up upon starting your next run

The Kitchen Sink (Everything must go!)
- Spawns 5 random items from the Boss item pool

Cat Food (HP up, Guppy's favorite)
- HP up
- Counts for the Guppy transformation
- Devil Deals have a chance of rerolling into a Guppy item

Green Bone (There's a pill inside)
- HP up
- Triggers the effect of a random pill upon gaining or losing a full heart
- Synergizes with PHD and False PHD
- For Soul Heart-based characters, the effect triggers upon gaining or losing Soul/Black Hearts

Mom's Spaghetti (It's not ready)
- Grants three options in order to create a custom passive item

- Option 1: Pasta Type
----- Spaghetti: HP up
----- Penne: More stats from sauce
----- Ravioli: Adds a pickup based on the sauce (and 3 coins)
----- Lasagna: +2 HP up, less stats from sauce

- Option 2: Sauce Type
----- Meat Sauce: Range up (+ a nickel)
----- Alfredo: Tears up (+ a key)
----- Diavolo: Damage up (+ a bomb)
----- Pesto: Luck and shot speed up (+ a trinket)

- Option 3: Garnish
----- Garlic Bread: Charm tears
----- Parmesan Cheese: Splash tears (Cricket's Body)
----- Spices: Concussive tears (Iron Bar)
----- Whipped Cream: Fear shot (bro wtf?)
