I picked up garlic and electrolytes the effects ever since then every run has them even without having the items their effects still are applied

Ah, crap. Yeah, I was worried about that. I'll push out a fix in a bit, since I think I know what went wrong, but it'll take a second.

Just a heads up, In Co-op the items only work for player 1, the other players dont' even get any HP ups or stat ups.

found a minor bug, cat food with isaac's birhright makes all items in devil deals just slowly turn into guppy items, as every item switch (reroll ig) has a chance to be replaced with a guppy item.
great mod overall though
