Confederation Includes Treasury

Description


Origin Story:
I was trying to create a mod that would make confederation better by also confederating a faction's Background Income, but it currently seems like there's no good way to do that. Instead I present to you this consolation prize of a mod.

What it Does:
This mod currently has 2 features that enhance confederation; Include Treasury and Include Ancillaries. Both are enabled by default, and both may optionally include AI factions.

Include Treasury:
If enabled, confederating a faction will grant you their treasury (Gold, Favour, Dark Magic, ect..). By default this is limited to 30,000 using the Global Limit MCT setting, but you can set it to 0 or -1 to gain all of their treasury, if you want to be a millionaire.

Include Ancillaries:
If enabled, confederating a faction will grant you all of their ancillaries that are transferable between characters. Thanks to benettonkkb for suggesting this!


Compatibility:
This is only a script mod so there shouldn't be any conflicts with other mods. Additionally there are MCT options that let you decide how this mod interacts with the Recruit Defeated Legendary Lords (RDLL) mod.

@noone_86 - You might give it a minute and try again. Steam may have been withholding the update for automated review. You might also be sure this is the only mod enabled when you test. Many other mods, including the main MCT mod have the same issue.

Still seems to crash the game - I just redownloaded to make sure.

Fixed it. It turns out script names also cannot have capital letters, not just table names. This mod should work now.

It's the reason that's crashing my mods and it's new so it was worth a shot.

@glospey - I saw that as well but I don't have any capitalized letters in this mod's table names, or in any of my mods that I'm aware of.

(Effective as of 6.1, that's not always been the case.)

If you have caps in your table names, loc's, etc, it will crash.

@sknoppers - Thanks for the heads up. I've confirmed the crash. It seems I have to disable both this mod and MCT to start the game now. Not sure why that is just yet.

hi, just an informative headsup no annoying "update pls" intended - ur mod is causing ctd with the new patch, just letting u know, no pressure :)
