Animation is KF2 Katana Animation Ported and publicly shared by Lt. Rocky

I tried to use a "pommel strike" bash from a different mod, but I couldn't figure it out, so it stays as the fancy slap.

Deploy and melee animations have been swapped. The now deploy animation, what used to be the fancy slap, has been heavily modified via qc commands to make it look like a vertical pull down from the back. The way it fades into the idle animation is a little bit too snappy even with 0.4 seconds of fadeout, but I think it's good enough compared to very light, weightless feeling the original had since it was originally for a katana. The now melee, deploy animation also looked like a slashing attack because of how lengthy and thick the sword is, but I think it fits. I hope.

Also added the bloodyhands proxy for blood effect, but it looks horrible.

Sound is crowbar sound ported into golf club sounds.

I also tried very hard to make the sword handle fit into the survivor's hands. If anything that took the longest.

I googled, and the length should be 140 cm to like 2+ meters, so I guess it is short, but if I scale it any bigger, it'd clip into the hands. I could try to scale only the blade, but idk if it's worth the effort

if i don't put it that way, the survivors swing with the side of the sword rather than the edge.
