I googled, and the length should be 140 cm to like 2+ meters, so I guess it is short, but if I scale it any bigger, it'd clip into the hands. I could try to scale only the blade, but idk if it's worth the effort

if i don't put it that way, the survivors swing with the side of the sword rather than the edge.

I didn't exactly search far and wide for an animation set. If you know a better one, then let me know cause I don't think it feels that well either.
