Description
if any units feel overtuned or undertuned please let me know and i will take a deeper look into their current stats.

Stats are now SFO COMPLIANT =D

The Zombie Dragon, The Blood Dragon shield inf, and The spirit hosts are already in SFO. Therefore i removed them from the campaign and did not do their stats for SFO. They can be found in the skirmish mode i recommend not using them.

TTC Compliant

Vampire Counts Caps
- Strigoi Terrors are capped to 3 per tier 3 bindingcircle.
- Hell Knights are capped to 2-4 per tier 1-2 necromancers.
- Blood Foot Dual have Blood Knights cap.
