Squaddie:
Lethal Injection: A Non-Turn Ending shot that poisons and disorients an enemy. can be used once per turn. costs 2 ammo.
Execute: Shoot a target. If lethal, you will refund the actions spent. 5 Turn Cooldown.
Guillotine: Dash to a target and melee them, if lethal you will refund the actions spent. 5 Turn Cooldown.
Knife Fighter: Stab an adjacent enemy.

LCPL:
Lone Wolf: Gain increasing aim and defense up to 12/12 while far away from allies.
Executioner: Gain 15 aim and 15 crit against targets at half their hp or less.
Blood Trail: Deal +1 damage and ignore 40 dodge on enemies that have taken damage this turn.

CPL:
Professional Killer: Your primary weapon deals 1/1/2/2/3 bonus damage and armour piercing based on weapon tier.
Dervish: Once per turn, when you kill an enemy your cooldowns are reduced.
Keen Edge: Your knife attacks deal 1/1/2/2/3 bonus damage and 2/2/3/3/4 armour piercing based on weapon tier.

SGT:
Lightning Reflexes: Reaction fire shots against you have a significantly decreased change to hit. the bonus goes down with each additional reaction shot you face.
Phantom: when the squad is revealed you remain concealed.
Shadow Step: ignore reactionary attacks against you.

SSGT:
Lock N Load: Kills with your primary weapon reload 1 ammo.
Cold Case: Lethal Injection will now conceal you on kill.
Whirlwind: Your first successful melee attack per turn will grant a movement only action.

TSGT:
Overkill: Your ranged attacks deal +2 damage to targets below half health.
Untouchable: If you score a kill during your turn, the next attack against you during the enemy turn will miss.
Cutthroat: Your melee attacks ignore biological enemies armour, have a +15 chance to crit, and do +2 crit damage.

GSGT:
Thousands To Go: Once per turn, after killing an enemy with your primary weapon, you may take an additional non-movement action.
Serial Killer: Execute and Guillotine have their cooldown reduced by 2.
Bloody Knuckles: Melee attacks deal +3 damage.

MSGT:
Butcher: Deal 30% increased damage to organics.
Intent to Murder: Harness your killing intent to gain 2 standard action points. Requires 2 Actions to use but does not consume the actions. 8 Turn Cooldown
Run And Slice: Move to and slice a target, uses one action and doesn't end the turn but can only be used once per turn. Has a 4 turn cooldown that can be reset by using other melee perks.

is intended that lethal injection dont break concelment on kill?

Yep, Fade can appear in T2 XCOM deck when it's already on the top branch.

The Fade perk is duplicated in the Tier 2 Xcom deck.
