Description
Choppy Gonzalez jumps straight into the fray! With a heavy arsenal and dirty Obueran boxing, he's able to snap the competition in two! Careful of his tricks! Choppy is armed to the teeth with bombs, guns, and anything he can get his hands on that goes boom! But don't get too close, his punches and kicks can be even more deadly than you ever hoped!

MOVESET:

Jab - The ol' One-Two. Useful for racking up some damage on opponents with slow close range moves.
FTilt - Dynamite Punch. Sweet spot on the tip, useful for KOing. Slow windup.
UTilt - Uppercut. Sends airborne enemies up where you can spike em back down.
DTilt - Snap. Low damage, but sends decently far. Quick blow to send opponents away and interrupt combos.
Dash Attack - The burning knee. Lighting his knee on fire, Choppy will send opponents away, where it is difficult to hit them again. Creates distance, though.

NAir - Cannonball. Curling up in a ball, Choppy knocks opponents away. Quick and easy.
FAir - Flying Hook. Spikes. A bit of windup, but can catch some recoveries with good timing.
BAir - Spinning Haymaker. Spikes. Quicker, lighter version of the hook, has better defensive usage but doesn't do quite the same OOMPH.
UAir - Pele Kick. Tip Spikes. Useful on landing and will always finish.
DAir - Femur Stomper. Spikes. Dreadfully slow windup. Careful with this, it'll finish almost anyone off, and even kill lighter enemies off the top if it lands.

FStrong - Grenade Launcher. Fires a lobbed grenade that will explode upon impact with enemy and bounce along the stage. Fizzles out after a bit.
UStrong - SP.EZ Submachine Gun. Fires several rounds from his SMG into the air, catching landings and airdodges. Don't whiff.
DStrong - ONYX Slide. Using the force of two ONYX shotguns, Choppy slides backwards, hitting enemies both with the bullets or with his body. Useful for spacing disjoints and getting early KOs on sloppy enemies.

NSpecial - Obueran Alarm Clock. Choppy rigs a timed explosive, which counts down from 7. Anyone in it's radius will take MASSIVE damage upon explosion, including Choppy himself. Don't get combo'd into it.
FSpecial - Diving Dropkick. Choppy sends himself Careening towards opponents, knocking them a fixed amount away from him to create space.
USpecial - Leap of Faith. Choppy springs into the air, making up for his singular jump. However, this recovery is predictable and not always long enough to get to wall or stage.
DSpecial - Mortar Launcher. Only used on Ground. Choppy Slams down a rigged tube on the ground, firing a mortar into the air.

Taunt - Flying Goodbye. Choppy reaches into his pocket to give his opponent a bird.

Oh, and his side special will sometimes not go any distance at all.

A solid start! Is he not supposed to be able to double jump? Because he can't. Fixes I would suggest are making him and his projectiles bigger overall so he fits better with the base cast, giving him a double jump, lowering the damage on the neutral special and down special, and adjusting the knockback and angle on his down smash. I love how much personality he has, please keep at it!
