Choppy's Mortar has been making many of my friends upset, so I added a little extra endlag to it, and made the delay between mortars longer so it is less spammable.

The bomb's knockback has been modified.

The hitbox on Choppy's recovery has been nerfed, and the angle made less egregious.

The delay between FStrong has been made slightly longer, dissuading players from only spamming grenades.

The damage on BAir has been made stronger.

The damage and knockback of the spike on the UAir has been increased to promote badass pele kick spikes.

-Hits now have more hitpause, making certain aerials, spikes and flying moves feel weightier.

-The Obueran Alarm Clock has been nerfed in it's explosive yield, dealing less knockback and knockback scaling.

-A few tweaks to damage and knockback to hone what combos are true and what are completely build-a-bear, primarily of UStrong, DTilt, UTilt and FSpecial.

-Burn Effect added to Burning Knee, damage modified to scale better.
(this move felt very underwhelming, yet also didn't send far away enough to prevent confirming some combos. Now, it is a viable tool to take space in neutral while disallowing easier combos)

-Uppercut's knockback scaling was reduced to allow easier confirms into forward air spike. Hitpause on grounded hit is reduced to allow airdodging out of uppercut into uppercut.
(Uppercut into Uppercut was extremely spammable for damage but also didn't lead into any combo's like it was designed to. Now, it's harder to confirm, but when the aerial enemy is hit with an uppercut, it will allow for easy combos to start off either Fair, Bair or UAir.)

-Move Cooldown on FSpecial Reduced, Burn effect on FSpecial Removed, damage of FSpecial reduced.
(It didn't make any sense for Choppy to be able to not use dropkick for a whole second after getting up, so the cooldown has been drastically reduced. To make up for this, the burn effect was moved to his dash attack, and the damage has been reduced.)

-Move Cooldown on FStrong Added.
(Self Explanatory, Choppy's Side-Special was too easy to spam grenades with. Now, this adds some much needed breathing room for someone who is on the receiving end of bouncing bombs!)

-FAir Hitbox duration increased

-USpecial Cooldown Decreased


With these changes, Choppy's grounded combo game can extend into his spikes, rather than just being two separate entities. Choppy's ranged explosive has been made to be a little less oppressive, and his design focuses a LITTLE bit more on his powerful spikes and potent close quarters boxing.

-Fixed DAir repeatedly spamming voicelines.
-Reduced NSpecial Damage and Knockback to compensate for lighter characters.
-Increased Blast Angle of DStrong to make it easier to DI
-Reduced Splash damage of DSpecial to emphasize comboing into direct hit Mortars.
-Redid some menu sprites such that they worked with color palatte.
-FAir hitbox slightly increased, reduced starting lag.
-Increased ending lag on FStrong, made the bouncing projectile a bit higher to reduce it's midrange effectiveness and make it easier to crouch under.
-Made UAir's sweet spot spike a little...mmm, sweeter!
-Implemented a system of checks to make sure that the player is awesome. Oh wait, ur playing my mod, of COURSE ur fricken awesome!!!
-A few other things that I forgot, go nuts!

Implemented Choppy's entire moveset, including his NSpecial Timebomb which is no longer Sandbert.
Implemented Voice Lines for certain moves, killing, dying, getting knocked out of a match, winning and spawning in.
