Original Description
This mod equips all Guards with Revolvers. All new, recruited Guards will spawn with them. Old Guards will rush to the armory to retrieve them. Not compatible with other Guard weapon swaps! And check out my other weapon sets!

I dunno if you're still into modding for PA but the second I enable this mod, Guards disappear from my hire list entirely. I've tried with other mods, without other mods, no combination works - brand-new prison with nothing else. Turn your mod off, I can hire a guard. Turn your mod on, the guard I just hired stays in the map but the Guard button completely disappears from my staff menu and I cannot hire more.

Edit - Nevermind, had stun batons enabled which dis-allowed them from grabbing weapons

Doesn't really work, enabled it and guards are not grabbing guns.

I don't think is possible with modding, unless someone is able to code that feature or is not possible at all because only the devs can change that.
