Description
Heroes of Legend - Gorgutz 'Ead 'Unter

This mod adds a new heroic unit for the Orks, the warlord Gorgutz 'Ead 'Unter from the Dawn of War series. This version of Gorgutz is based on Winter Assault, Dark Crusade and Soulstorm. I didn't do Dawn of War III. It didn't interested me. So Gorgutz is still an Evil Sunz.



Compatible with Too Many Voices, you must use this patch.
Compatible with Gladius+, you must use this patch.

A big thanks to Timmeh to let me use his texture from his mod.

Available in FRENCH and ENGLISH.

Regardless of the player color used, the hero will keep his own colors. He is like mercenary only available to the Orks in the Heroes building like vanilla heroes. This new hero come to Gladius Prime with his own color scheme, barks, heraldic and assets to prevail.

Please read before pesting about the Deff Dread model used

Gorgutz was one of my first idea when i began to think to create heroes for Gladius. However, I could not find any model to my liking. The Warboss ? Please. The Mega-nob ? Not really convinced. When the FirePower Pack DLC was released, the Deff Dread seemed like the best choice to me.

Role : DPS/TANK

Research needed : Boss Speakers (Tier 5)

Skills :
  • 1st : WAAAGH! - You'll guess. This skill will give more damage, penetration and movement to nearby orks.
  • 2nd : Fight'in is over here ! - Gorgutz kills one of his boyz to give morale to nearby orks. They will become more resistant to morale loss.
  • 3rd : I wanna get stuck in with da boyz ! - Gorgutz becomes more dangerous in melee and much more tougher but less effective with ranged weapons.
  • Elite : I've got one moar surprise to you ! - Gorgutz uses one of his space roks to crush an area, killing allies and enemies as well. But Gorgutz find the friendly fire fun.



Traits :
  • Cowardice : When injured, Gorgutz will gain more movement and ranged damage reduction but deals less damage. Time to run, boyz !
  • Head Hunter : Gorgutz gains passive loyalty per unit he killed.
  • Warlord : Gorgutz is a formidable opponent. He has 33% of invulnerable damage resistance.
  • Stomp : Gorgutz can stomp the infantry, more fun than really efficient.
  • Rokkit Launcha : Gorgutz can fire some rockets to the enemy.

no just the heroes of legend new units/new heroes mods relating to orks it was crashing a bunch for my brother so i had him unsubscribe and resubscribe to the new units one just now

I didn't touch this stuff at all. Do you have other mods that alter orks ? I don't have the crash on my side.

no i have the mod enabled i also had the other heroes of legends mods enabled when that crash kept happening

That's not what i mean. The message says that the resources is missing, so i ask if you disable the mod on a current, that could be the cause of the crash.

wait i think itsthe wrong mod i think the HOL new units one for the orks is causing issues is saying DataManager.hpp:100class gladius:world:action: Action &_ cdecl proxy:core: DataManager<class gladius:worldsaction:Action>=get(const class std:basic_string<char,struct std:char_traits<char>,cass
std:allocator< char> > &,bool) const: "Units/Orks/RFlingBoy/Attack"
does not exist.
Gladius has encountered a problem and needs to close. Please contact support with log files and save games
