Description
Change the surrounding clouds to a more vibrant and realistic clouds. Look very similar to the clouds found in Imperator : Rome. It was also first used in The Rising Eagle mod (in development).
Can be a great match with : 𝚈𝚞𝚔𝟷𝚗𝚊𝚛𝟷's Imperator Rome Terrain

To-do List:
- Apply the same style to the fog of war clouds

Compatibility
- Should be compatible with every version of CK3, unless Paradox changes something in the FX and defines files.

@dgallagher4 It's compatible with every total conversions! I have tried already with AEP, Bookmark+ and TFE and it's working as usual

@insty03 No the AI can't see through them if they are not allied to you or are near you but for interacting without distant nations, their is actually already a game rule for the diplomatic range you can tweak before creating a new game. I set mine to restricted every game.

for the fog of ware clouds in to-do, do you know if the AI will still be able to see through them? is your thought to prevent the player from even clicking/interacting outside the diplo range? I would love that, it always seemed a little weird that I can see the current state of the world in africa or india from iceland.

Never noticed how depressing the normal clouds look until now, thank you for providing this alternative :D
