Tanks have been color changed to reduce confusion with the diesel loaded barge

Purpose 1 :

You may be needing to refuel a base
= Spawn empty
= Connect to your boat
= go to the fuel buying location
= fill this
= return to base
= off load fuel
= despawn barge to recover cost

Purpose 2:
= By spawning empty you can pump into it whatever liquid you choose
