Disparate Nations Authority

Description
I made this mod for personal RP use but I figured that some of you may like it. This mod adds a new authority called "disparate nations". While the usual Stellaris empire is a unified government, this authority lets you play as a civilization comprised of multiple independent spacefaring civilizations. Like how current Earth is but with FTL, better tech, and well funded space programs. This isn't a super expansive mod and is mostly for RP purposes but there are a few mildly interesting aspects

Just like all the other authorities, your government has different forms dependent on your ethics. Each ethic has its own government form such as something like the irl United Nations and a military alliance.

This authority has democratic elections. This meant to simulate the changing of the balance of power between nations. They are just like the democratic elections meaning they can be influenced but not completely controlled. Unlike democratic nations, emergency elections can be called to simulate unexpected events that rapidly alter the geopolitical landscape like wars, economic collapse, etc.

There are a couple civics for each ethic. They represent different ways for the civilization to be organized. Does your totally-not-the-UN have a more centralized authority, or is it more decentralized? Is your military alliance more offence or defense focused? It's not super fancy, but they have some nice perks. If you have any ideas for better civics or government form names tell me. I had some trouble thinking of them and could use suggestions.

Update 2:

Big thanks to Svijj for helping contribute new ideas and the new authority icon.

In this latest version nations with the new authority get special deposits on each planet to represent the various nations. They're based off your empire ethics. Nations for every ethic EXCEPT those that oppose your empire ethics spawn. This is to represent the diversity of nations on your worlds. They provide their own unique bonuses and maluses. I've also added some random names and enabled AI spawning.

I have tested and made sure that if you reform to this authority your worlds get the nations and that if your reform away from it, or the planet is taken over by someone who doesn't have the authority, the nations disappear. This happens at the end of the month.

If you have any ideas for things like better government names, nation deposit effects, or just flavour descriptions feel free to tell me!

Thank you!

Update 2b: Quick fix to reduce lag spikes related to checking planets for nation addition and removal

I'm desperate for a government mod like this, Bug Branch has something very similar but it's not compatible with Planetary Diversity :(

Maybe. I kind of lost the files since my PC decided to stop working, but I did enjoy the concept. I'd have to rebuild it from the ground up, which may be better, actually

Is there going to be an update?

If I could go back to this, I'd definitely add more flavour to simulate the somewhat chaotic nature of a non-unified civilization

Can be use in 3.11

As of the 3.11 update, it is expected to still work.
3.11 seems to be updated today, I will try again later
