Description
Ever felt that Kenshi was lacking bandit factions, or perhaps that the existing bandit factions weren't memorable or unique enough? Well I created this mod to remedy this, adding new bandit factions made to be incredibly unique with lore, player interactions, and unique outfits. It also adds numnerous other bounties not related to the bandit factions, simply hiding out in various locations or roaming from town to town, looking to escape the law.

The New Bandits:
The Sandlords: a group of bandits with a hatred of the United Cities who have managed to tame Skimmers to use to fight and rob the caravans of the trader's guild. They can be joined by talking to their leader, Higa, in a village known as Sandnest.

The Raptor Bandits: a group of escaped Holy Nation slaves who have managed to tame River Raptors, using the Holy Nations worst pest to fight them. Raptors can be bought from herders found in camps throughout the Holy Nation's territory.

The Meathooks: a group of bandits and slavers who have enslaved cannibals, using their ferocity to their advantage. They have a town known as chain, where there leader will sell you cannibal slaves.

The Skull Bandits: a group of barbaric murderous from the bonelands, killing any that they come across. Simply a group of murderers and thieves.

The Snakes: an all hiver gang of smugglers and thugs from the swamp. They have close ties with the Blackshifters, and are frequently hired to smuggle Hashish for them.

The Lost Hunters: a large group of former Cannibal Hunters who feel hopeless, and have turned to banditry to survive in the cannibal plains. They cam be joined by talking to their leader, Lucius, in a town known as Hunter's Refuge.

The Lost Hive: a large group of Hivers seperated from their hive that have come together into bandit gangs in order to survive starvation.

The Jackal Ninjas: a group of ninjas from Stobe's Gamble who make a living killing and stealing from cravans headed from the Northern UC to the Southern UC, both for food and cats and to help their anti-slaver allies.

The Deserters: a large group of ex-samurai who have deserted the UC army and now roam as bandits.

The Hunters: a group of madmen who were once tech hunters, now driven mad by a biohazard in an ancient lab.

The Diamond Bulls: a group of honor driven martial artists constantly fighting others to hone their strength and become the strongest martial artists they can.

The Horn Bandits: a group of former nomads who grew to hate people and love goats. As such, they have decided to spend their life violently asserting the dominance of goats.

Correction: not lost hunters, but just normal ones "The Hunters"

First of all, thanks for the mod. Really appreciate it. Factions does not seem like they came from another universe. My only gripe - hunters. Lost Hunters. It feels that they use too expensive weapons (every one equipped with guardless Katana that sells for about ~1000 cats.) making it too easy to profit from their attacks on World's End, especially considering the sheer number of their attacks (poor defenders barely holding up). And for some reason - every single hunter carry Long bolts (regardless of other weapons), despite never carrying anything that can shoot thesee bolts.

@KoalaLumpr @Trinity thank you for your feedback, I'll look into removing them and putting them into a different mod.

@Koala Lumpur, thank you for pointing this out! This is an error, they are supposed to belong to a faction called the Jackal Ninjas. I'll fix this right away

Hi, Alfredo! I love the concept of this mod, currently exploring the implementation. I ran into various 'Jackal' types near Flats Lagoon, but the game allocates them to the 'Wildlife' faction'. Is that intentional?

I agree with Trinity that a patch to remove the White Eyebrow from this mod might be a good idea. Or possibly just removing the White Eyebrow from this mod. How does your implementation of the White Eyebrow compare with RustledJimm's 'White Eyebrow Clan' mod or Mr Shears' 'Minor Faction Overhaul (Revival?) - White Eyebrow Clan? (They are also implemented in Kenshi Kaizo and in Universal Wasteland Expansion; the UWE-Kaizo patch deals with the conflict for those who use both)

Since there are multiple white eyebrow mods, maybe you can segregate that into it's own mod somehow?

@Mr Anonymous I don't know what's going on there, I didnt do anything to the dust bandits or their tower, and though I did increase the spawn zones for the Black Dragon Ninjas to allow them to fight the White Eyebrow Clan, I didn't change anything regarding the Tower of Ninjas. It might be another mod, I'm not sure.

@Trinity the hunters were accidentaly made way too strong. I put down their stats to about half of what they were for captains and about a 3rd for basic hunters

@Mr. Anonymous Thank you for pointing this out. I accidentally made the Hunter's stats far too high. I put them down to around 20. If I continue to have reports of them being too strong or a nuisance they may be removed or reworked

The hunters are kicking my team's ass. They're too prolific. Unsubscribed.
