PD Beam

Description
It all started when I built a huge ship with over 100 PDs (including PD towers from mod), and I found my gameplay just extremely horrible (it could not even reach 1 fps at 1/8x speed).
I tried a lot of ways to optimize the gameplay, and finally found out that using beams instead of bullets would work: now I can easily keep 50-60 fps at 1x speed.

Modifications:
- Change pd into a beam launcher. Increases accuracy (since beam has infinite shot speed). Other metrics left intact.

Comaptable mods:
Single and Dual PD Turrets + energy efficient vanilla PD
Twin linked point defense turret
Laser Point Defense

the PD Beams are not as powerful as the vanilla PD bullets. one dual PD turret using bullets can stop one missile launcher but one dual PD turret using beams can't even stop half the missiles.

Does it modify other mod PD that shoot like the vanilla one?
I don't use the vanilla PD because it can't cover 360° radius around the ship.

@Silverwolfss This mod modifies the standard PD, so no new weapon is added.

ya.. crashes when opening settings. :( says it cannot find a file.
