[FIX] Failed to download map

Description
Attention, this mod must be installed manually!
It will do nothing if activated in-game.

Inside this mod you will find a *zombie* folder, in which there is a file named "WorldStreamer.class"
You will need to replace the .class file of this mod with the original in the folder, usually at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid\zombie\iso"

This file is part of the game engine and is responsible for transmitting the map between your computer and the server.
This modded file removes the 60 SECOND LIMITATION when downloading a map from the server, which prevents many players who have a "good internet/connection" but suffer route problems or are connecting to a server in another country.
If the server is busy prioritizing the connection of those who are already online, this error will also happen due to time constraints, which is why some people are still able to connect when the server is empty.

You can use online java decompilers to verify the modifications, comparing the original file with this modified one.

nothing about your instructions are better, you both have the same flaw of assuming the game is installed onto the C drive and in program files

BETTER INSTRUCTIONS:

open file explorer - go to this pc - (C) drive - program files (x86) - steam - steamapps - workshop - content - 108600 - 3017121049 - mods - fix map download - zombie - iso - now the only file in there named worldstreamer.class you need to right click on it click copy. Now you need to go back by clicking the back button within the file explorer window at the top left until you get to This PC (C) - program files (x86) - steam - steamapps and now you need to click on common then project zomboid - zombie - iso - then scroll down and at the very bottom is a file named the same thing (WorldStreamer.class) right click on it and click paste. then just close and reopen PZ and your good to go.
