[Emesis Blue] - The Detective Player Model Remastered

The ex-Spy of BLU maybe, now a Private Detective who is called into action to find and recover Jules Archibald.

The main difference between this and V2.1 addon is rescaled player model, also remastered white mask, cigarette and added normal-map to smoker's face, I decided not to update my previous addon, because of someone will find bigger player model useful.

However, I spent 6-8 hours just to simply rescale player model.
Steps: load model, change model scale, Ctrl + A => Apply Scale, export smds

Load model again, import a_proportions.smd (If you applied proportions on model and it's looks broken, don't be afraid, continue), change model scale, Ctrl + A => Apply Scale, export a_proportions

This helped me to change player model size, I don't know if it will work for other player models

Also, in player model preview, eyes will look bigger, but this only in player model preview

Included 7 skins for the detective
- Blue
- Blue with alternative hat color
- Red
- Black
- Russian Investigator
- Blue in rain
- Russian Investigator in rain

Included 2 skins for the smoker
- Black
- Russian Investigator

Included bodygroups
- Hat, 1 - remove it
- Coat, 1 - remove it (new)
- Mask, 1 - remastered, 2 - legacy
- Cigarrete, 1 - remove it
- Foot, 1 - enable

Player model DOES NOT require TF2 content
