This is it. Only occupied England stands between us and total victory. Your mission is as follows: Paratroopers will drop in behind enemy lines just outside the perimeter of the base at the western shore. Black out the power to disable the wall of tesla coils defending the point of entry for our main landing force, then use the flotilla to clear the surrounding waters from submarines.
From then on, establish your base and do what you do best.
The Soviets still have their old base up and running from their original invasion point at the eastern shore. If you destroy it we can use the area as a second base of operations. Cruiser reinforcements are en route to aid in this task.

It's about damn time to declaw this rabid bear once and for all. Finish the Soviets with all your might.

- To review the briefing mid-mission, make a save and select the save in the load menu
