Beat Cop [Playermodel/c_hands/ANP NPC]

Description
EZ1 Bad cop is back, and he's not happy about being replaced.

Features:
Playermodel with c_hands
Three skins (blue goo, burnt and dead)
c_hands (they have skins too!)
Manhack bodygroup
Brain and manhack bits
Red eyes
Blue goo and eyes glow in the dark!
Two ANPlus NPCs.
Beat Cop found under Animals section
-Hates everyone (himself included)
-850 health and health regeneration
-Good proficiency
Nice Beat Cop found under Humans + Resistance
-Same as Beat Cop but he's nice to you and your allies
-Doesn't hate himself anymore (still hates Hostile Beat Cop though)

EZ2 Clone Cop replacement
Highly recommended addon: Enhanced Playermodel Selector Fesiug's Edit since with it you can change the c_hands skin

Known problem:
Beat Cop acts weirdly with VJ base NPCs. idk how to fix this

Can you make this into a remodelled version of clone cop from the VJ base EZ2 human snpcs

@mili This is like a "what if". In this case what if instead of Clone Cop, EZ1 Bad Cop was the EZ2 antagonist. I tried to keep his appearance consistent with the Clone Cop design

I don't have much experience in ANPlus to be honest. The Beat Cop npc is very basic, literally just a combine soldier with modified relationships and health regeneration
I still have a lot of VJ base projects to update too
