Can you make this into a remodelled version of clone cop from the VJ base EZ2 human snpcs

@mili This is like a "what if". In this case what if instead of Clone Cop, EZ1 Bad Cop was the EZ2 antagonist. I tried to keep his appearance consistent with the Clone Cop design

I don't have much experience in ANPlus to be honest. The Beat Cop npc is very basic, literally just a combine soldier with modified relationships and health regeneration
I still have a lot of VJ base projects to update too
