[TFA] Overly Cool Weapons V2

Hi! I'm back again from another like 6 month hiatus, lol. Anyways, I have entirely recreated my old Overly Cool L4D2 mod ports. I am very, very proud of these weapons. I designed each weapon to feel good and satisfying, and for each to have a good purpose in their respective situations. I worked on this for a bit over 2 weeks nearly non-stop, so I really hope you all enjoy this. Have fun!


M9 Pistol - Quick firing and stylish pistol.
M9 Pistols - Dual variant of the M9 Pistol. Lower accuracy and more recoil, but much higher mag capacity.
Deagle .50 - Big pistol with high recoil and very, very high damage.
FMG-9 - One-handed quick firing SMG that looks like a briefcase.
P90 SMG - One-handed, also quick firing SMG. Comes with a scope.
Vector - Very, VERY quick firing smg. Like for real, the damn thing may as well be a laser.
AK-103 - Powerful assault rifle with a slightly slower fire rate. Comes with a laser sight.
M24 Sniper - High damage and accuracy sniper. Comes with a scope.
KSG Shotgun - Pump shotgun with a high fire rate, but has lower damage and high spread.
Mossberg - The antithesis to the KSG Shotgun. Big damage and high accuracy, but slower handling.
Type-97 Explosive - Slower firing shotgun with explosive pellets.

Satisfying and punchy sounds
Overly cool animations (you literally bounce the magazine of a gun off the ground and into the weapon)
Sick new iron sight positions to make you feel even cooler


ALL new materials, EVERY weapon looks WAY better now.
ALL new sounds, made to make each weapon feel even more satisfying.
ALL new stats, done to make each weapon feel very satisfying and truly, overly cool.
AK-103 and P90 both have new animations for non-empty reloads. Other weapons have non-empty reloads as well, but mostly just for extra sounds.
Pistols now have empty animations, i.e when you're empty, the slide actually stays back as it should. This doesn't work for the dual M9s. There isn't anything I can do about that, as I believe it's a TFA base limitation.
New spawn icons.
Not really able to be seen, but stuff in the models, code, and materials have been cleaned up to be up to my current standards.


[TFA] Screen Shake - Makes each weapon feel even more satisfying.
[TFA/MWB] Aiming FX Makes aiming down sights feel EVEN cooler with some screen effects and filters.
ULTRAKILL Coin Mechanics - Flick coins into the air and shoot them to richochet them into enemies. Works greatly with the Deagle and Sniper.
ULTRAKILL Dash & Ground Slam Ability - Dash and slam back into the ground in mid-air. Feels very nice to use all these weapons while moving that fast.

Insurgency and the Insurgency Workshop - Some extra sounds.
Jaiden - Ripping, materials, sound edits, new animations, porting, compiling, and coding.
Global - Porting original P90, playtesting, some bug fixes.
red - Playtesting, gathering and setting up handling sounds for the Vector.
