Eon Evolution - Level 7 "BA" -> CV -> Lt. Carrier -> Module

This CV is a level 7 base that can evolve into a starter CV, light carrier, and dropship module for a Kurma or Helios carrier.

Specifications:
- Negative power consumption, room for additional solar.
- 5 container controllers (for a 6th 309k ammo, replace the ammo box in the hangar)
- Large and small constructors

Transition to a CV:
- Add a control console in the bridge with the small contructor.
- Add medium thrusters in the corner expansion bays where the yellow circles appear (indicating future advanced thruster locations).
- ASAP, add a T-1 Generator opposite the small generator in the server/CPU room

Transition to a starter CV:
- Add a warp drive, pentaxid tank, and compact shield
- Room for expansion for 5 medium shield and 8 small shield expansions
- Dedicated space for large/advanced thrusters
- Room for 27x grow plots
- Room for 2 drills or drill turrets (you'll need to switch a controller to a harvest controller)
- Additional room for: about 100k fuel storage, O2 tanks, medical suite, etc.

Transition to a carrier:
- Can dock a Helios mini module like Bedevere's Helios Mini-Store
- Remove the ramp to the rear hangar door to allow a mini module to dock.

Transition to a module:
- Switch the ramps in the front to 3x3x1 ramps pointed up.
- They can use the same "front hangar" signal.
- Any turrets added to the top must be removed to allow docking the in the dropship spot of a Kurma or Helios Carrier.
