RW and Tweaks Patch for Living World

Description
Good news everyone!

After a few trials and errors, it's finally time to publish this patch mod!

WARNING:
PLEASE BACKUP your save and import the game for the mod to take effect!

INSTALLATION/LOAD ORDER:
This mod is an almost standalone patch. You will need *Living World installed and loaded before this patch.*
This mod doesn't need Reactive World installed, it's merged in this patch. More information below.


Main changes:

- Cannibal Factions adapted to LW Deadcat Rebuilded faction;
- Rebel Farmers and Rebel Swordmen and Empire Peasants coexistence;
- Tech Hunters not reporting on UC crimes;
- Drake0713 Move Rebel Farmer HQ to Sho-Battai included;
- Niska24 Shark+ included;
- More coexistence between factions;
- Changes to some LW Overrides and World States;

This is my first big mod project, so please let me know if you find any bugs. I've tested it myself, but there have been many changes, so it's possible that I've missed something along the way.

This is a merged mod combining Reactive World + tweaks and fixes for Living World. While working on the mod, I had to choose between RW + this patch or LW + this patch.
Since I was already tweaking LW I've choose the merged RW+Patch method. I've created this merged mod and manually adjusted the Town Overrides and conflicting World States.

Credits to Shidan, Mad Scientist, Niska24 and Drake0713 for their contributions!
This mod is just a remix that combines the works of Shidan's Reactive World and Mad Scientist's Living World. Plus Niska24 and Drake0713 and some other tweaks.
I want to express my gratitude for their creations and their impact in the modding community.

it sucks that this is the only patch that links two amazing mods together and its abandoned. I hope somebody makes a patch for this mod to fix some of the issues too like the blood reaver chief not spawning or all that mess when warring with the Holy Nation, im still new to FCS so I havent really figured out how to fix everything yet.

brother what's up with living world nerfing NPC dex significantly? can there be a fix for that too? i don't want the game to feel any easier

If using UWE should the reactive world UWE patch and the living world UWE both be installed?
